At the time of shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address that you provided on your order. The shipping confirmation will include your order details along with a tracking number and a link to our shipping provider.
Order Status: If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at any time, by simply logging into your account at My Account and clicking My Orders. If your order states “In Process”, your order has been received and is being processed by our fulfillment team. Changes cannot be made to an order once an order confirmation is received. If your order is marked as “Shipped”, you will see a shipment tracking number.

Our U.S. shipments are generally shipped via UPS. You may visit www.ups.com to track your package with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once our fulfillment team has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
